Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Judah Homeschool. By enrolling in our homeschool, tutoring, online learning, or
educational support services, parents/guardians and students agree to the following Terms and
Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for services with Judah Homeschool, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as all policies,
procedures, and academic expectations established by the program.
2. Services Provided
Judah Homeschool & Tutoring Services provides educational support services including, but not
limited to:
• Homeschool education assistance
• Online learning programs
• Tutoring services
• Academic assessments
• Educational coaching
• Curriculum guidance
• Reading and math intervention services
Services may be offered virtually, in person, or through a hybrid format.
3. Pricing Information Availability Disclaimer
Pricing for services, tuition, tutoring sessions, assessments, materials, and educational programs
may change at any time without prior notice.
Current pricing information is available upon request or through official Judah Homeschool
communication channels. Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers are temporary and
subject to change.
Judah Homeschool reserves the right to modify fees, billing structures, schedules, or service
packages as needed.
4. Orders and Payment Terms
A. Payment Terms
Parents/guardians are responsible for all tuition, tutoring fees, program fees, assessments, and
related educational costs associated with enrolled services.
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Accepted payment methods
may include:
• Debit cards
• Credit cards
• Electronic payments
• Approved payment applications
• Cash payments (if applicable)
Failure to make timely payments may result in:
• Suspension of services
• Delayed access to coursework
• Removal from tutoring sessions
• Administrative holds on records or reports
B. Interest on Late Payments
Any unpaid balances may incur a late fee or interest charge as permitted by applicable law.
Continued nonpayment may result in collections or termination of services.
C. Taxes
Applicable taxes, processing fees, or governmental charges may be added to invoices where
required by law.
Parents/guardians are responsible for any taxes or financial obligations associated with services
provided.
5. Cancellation of Services
Parents/guardians may cancel services by providing written notice.
The following conditions apply:
• Payments already made may be nonrefundable.
• Missed tutoring sessions without notice may not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
• Judah Homeschool reserves the right to cancel services due to:
o Nonpayment
o Repeated policy violations
o Harassment or abusive conduct
o Academic dishonesty
o Failure to participate in required coursework
Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of Judah Homeschool.
6. Responsibilities of Parent/Guardian
Parents/guardians play an essential role in the student’s educational success.
Parents/guardians agree to:
• Ensure the student participates consistently in coursework and tutoring
• Provide a suitable learning environment
• Monitor student progress and attendance
• Communicate respectfully with instructors and staff
• Ensure assignments are completed honestly by the student
Parents/guardians must NOT:
• Complete assignments, quizzes, tests, or coursework for the student
• Submit work that is not the student’s original effort
• Misrepresent student attendance or participation
• Interfere with academic evaluations or grading integrity
Judah Homeschool is not responsible for a student’s lack of participation, incomplete work, or
refusal to engage in assigned educational activities.
7. Student Participation Expectations
Students are expected to:
• Attend scheduled tutoring or instructional sessions
• Participate respectfully and actively
• Complete assignments independently
• Follow instructor directions
• Maintain appropriate online and in-person behavior
Repeated failure to participate may result in academic intervention, probation, suspension, or
dismissal from services.
8. Record Keeping and Reports
Judah Homeschool may maintain educational records including:
• Attendance records
• Assignment completion
• Progress reports
• Assessment scores
• Communication logs
• Tutoring notes
Progress reports may be provided periodically to parents/guardians.
Parents/guardians are responsible for maintaining copies of records needed for personal
homeschool documentation, state compliance, or educational portfolios.
Judah Homeschool reserves the right to retain records for administrative and educational
purposes in accordance with applicable laws and policies
9. Academic Integrity Policy
Judah Homeschool values honesty, responsibility, and academic excellence.
Students must submit original work and complete assignments independently unless
collaboration is specifically authorized.
Academic dishonesty includes, but is not limited to:
• Cheating
• Plagiarism
• Copying another student’s work
• Using unauthorized assistance
• Submitting AI-generated work as original student work without permission
• Altering academic records or scores
Violations of this policy may result in:
• Assignment failure
• Academic probation
• Suspension from services
• Permanent dismissal from the program
10. Code of Conduct
All students, parents/guardians, instructors, and staff are expected to maintain respectful
behavior.
The following conduct is prohibited:
• Harassment or bullying
• Threatening behavior
• Disruptive conduct
• Offensive or inappropriate language
• Discrimination
• Cyberbullying
• Misuse of online learning systems
Judah Homeschool reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct interferes with
the safety, learning environment, or wellbeing of others.
11. Nondiscrimination Policy
Judah Homeschool does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex,
disability, age, or other legally protected status in the administration of its educational programs,
tutoring services, admissions, or operations.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive educational environment for all
students and families.
12. Limitation of Liability
Judah Homeschool & Tutoring Services is not liable for:
• Internet interruptions
• Technical failures
• Loss of data
• Student misuse of technology
• Academic outcomes not meeting parent expectations
Educational success depends on student participation, parental involvement, and consistent
effort.
13. Policy Modifications
Judah Homeschool reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any
time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting or distribution.
Continued participation in services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
